Embrace the harmonious and reflective energy of the Libra Full Moon this April 13 at Innocere Yoga. This evening is devoted to cultivating inner balance, alignment, and emotional clarity through two grounding sessions.

The first part of each session, guided by Kristin Nielsen, will focus on cultivating inner balance and opening the heart through a flowing yoga practice and intentional breathwork. Guided by Libra’s energy of harmony and connection, we’ll use movement and breath to find equilibrium within, inviting ease and clarity into both body and mind.
In the second part, Kabrina will offer a group tarot reading, tuning into the collective energy and channeling messages for insight and healing. She will then guide a group Reiki session to reveal imbalances and create space for transformation. The session will close with a meditation inspired by Libra’s theme of harmonizing feminine and masculine energies, supporting expansion and realignment with your highest self.
