The first hour, led by Andrée Anne and Jose, involves a dynamic breathwork experience set to a globally-inspired musical backdrop, designed to release emotional tension and reconnect you with your authentic self.
Following the breathwork, Sage Lemelin will guide the second session, focusing on the power of self-healing. This workshop will integrate techniques such as self-massage, breathwork, quantum healing, and acupressure to help you release blockages and harmonize your body and spirit.
